Process for booking Alba Bagpipes for your wedding
At Alba Bagpipes we have experience of planning a wedding or two so we understand the stress it can cause trying to contact suppliers, knowing what you still need to do, if you have forgotten to ask anything or more importantly what the process is for booking that supplier.
You can be rest assured that booking Alba Bagpipes will be one of the least stressful things you will encounter when planning your wedding. We have a very simple process for booking our services which is explained below:
Click (BOOK NOW) at the top of this page and complete the online booking form
Deposit will be required to complete the online booking form
Wait no more than 48 hours for one of our team to confirm our availability and return your completed booking form to your email address
Sign your booking form, send the signed form back to us via post or email
Relax until 1 month prior to your wedding where we will send a link to our Piper Questionnaire. This is an electronic form and is completed online. This allows us to gather all the important information which will assist your piper know exactly what is required for your wedding day including any specific tunes required for during your ceremony.
If requested Alba Bagpipes owner Rikki Evans will call you via the telephone approximately 2 weeks prior to your wedding to go over the piper questionnaire.
Last step is to enjoy your wedding and listen to the professional sound of your Alba Bagpiper.
