Process for booking Alba Bagpipes for your wedding
At Alba Bagpipes we have experience of planning a wedding or two so we understand the stress it can cause trying to contact suppliers, knowing what you still need to do, if you have forgotten to ask anything or more importantly what the process is for booking that supplier.
You can be rest assured that booking Alba Bagpipes will be one of the least stressful things you will encounter when planning your wedding. We have a very simple process for booking our services which is explained below:
Once you click 'Book Now' you will be taken to our online booking form.
This form will take all the pertinent details in order to complete your initial boooking
The online form will take a £30 deposit via bank card which will secure your booking.
When your online booking form is received, your form will be uploaded to our online booking management system along with your entertainment agreement.
A link will be supplied for your own booking which you can freely view at anytime online which will show you everything regarding your boooking.
All we ask is you check your online booking and send an email back confirming you are happy with the details noted.
1 Month prior to your wedding we will be in touch asking you to complete your piper questionnaire.
This is your opportunity to enter any specific tunes as well as providing confirmed timings and your specific requirements of your piper for the day.
The completed form will again be uploaded to your online booking and made availabile to your piper to use as reference on the day.
