Alba Bagpipes is proud to offer a Pipe Band for hire service.  Alba Bagpipes has a special relationship with the Buchan Pipe Band, one of the finest Pipe Bands in the North East of Scotland.

Currently competing in Grade 2, Buchan Pipe Band have enjoyed notable success in recent years and were placed at every major championship in 2010, finishing the season as Grade 2 Cowal Champions.  The drum corps have enjoyed similar success and were crowned Grade 2 Champions of Champions 2010.

Our Pipe Band service can range from as little as 2 pipers and a drummer all the way through to a full Pipe Band comprising of 12-15 pipers, 6-8 side drummers, 3-6 tennor drummers and a bass drummer.
